Executive Director Stacy Brightman The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has appointed Stacy Brightman as a member of The Commission for Women. The 15-member commission was created to represent the special interests and concerns of women of all races, ethnic and social backgrounds, religious convictions, sexual orientation and social circumstances.

We realize that some of our Ebell members do not use email and have therefore missed a lot of the club information since the Newsletter is now being sent via the internet. To rectify this, we have started a new Ebell Membership Subcommittee called Hands Across The Ebell.

On October 14th, the Social Services Committee (SSC) held a volunteer and donation event, “Spirit of Giving: Women Supporting Women,” for members, friends, and family.
