Beth Pratt, California Regional Executive Director for the National Wildlife Federation, has spent her career championing wildlife conservation. A leader behind the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing, she has been instrumental in creating safe passage for mountain lions and other species in the Santa Monica mountains.
Beth will be joining us to share the remarkable story behind this groundbreaking project – the largest wildlife crossing of its kind in the world – spanning the 101 near Agoura Hills to ensure the survival of California’s native species.
An inspiring conversation about the intersection of urban development and wildlife preservation, followed by a special field trip on April 25th to see the project firsthand.
