Ebell Online Holiday Boutique and Cocktail Celebration
Due to the pandemic, we have had to cancel our traditional campus holiday events. But that doesn’t mean we can’t shop and party, and in the spirit of our foremothers, we have found a way! This year, we have moved our boutique online and converted our holiday lunch and gala dinner into an afternoon cocktail party, complete with food, music, entertainment, Ebell history and more.
Our Virtual Boutique opens Wednesday, November 18, with award-winning artisans sourced both locally and nationwide from leading craft shows. We have an extensive array of unique gifts from jewelry, home goods, clothing and handbags, to toys. You’ll find something for everyone. With 20 percent of all sales being donated to the Ebell Emergency Fund, go nuts online.
Shop ’til you drop, then don your glad-rags and stop for a cocktail or two at 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 9 when we host our Holiday Cocktail Celebration. We will be offering a gourmet beverage and food basket that will be delivered straight to your door. Sip and savor these delicacies as you enjoy a ‘mini concert’ from the Ebell Chorale, a presentation of Winter Cocktail Mixology, video movie clips from the Ebell archives, tips on “How to Plan the Perfect Zoom Holiday Party,” plus a prize raffle. After the formal program, you will be invited to stay and chat or ask any questions about shopping the Ebell boutique.
Ticket prices for the Holiday Cocktail Celebration are $85 (includes wine and food basket and one raffle ticket) and $35 (includes one raffle ticket only). A portion of the ticket price will also go to the Ebell Emergency Fund.
