Do you know a nonprofit organization located in Los Angeles County serving women in need? Rest Cottage Association (RCA) grant applications for the 2022 cycle are submitted online and will be available on the Ebell website starting May 1, 2021. (Click on “Club,” then “Philanthropy,” then “RCA Application.”)
