Baniya Barbie – an artist who creates, writes, composes, sings and plays, who is at the top of the artists in Israel and one of the biggest breakthroughs that Israeli music has known in the last decade. Baniya managed to penetrate the DNA of the Israeli heart through a diverse repertoire and a grouping of postcards that characterizes Israeli society. Baniya is a meeting point of the main Israeli intersections and connects the East and the West, the holy and the profane, ancient sounds and innovative electronic sound. Among his greatest hits are “Mi la ivoo” with Avraham Tal, “What are you afraid of” with Eyal Golan, “Someone with me here” and “Now the heart is open” which catapulted him to the front of the stage and the public consciousness.
