Join us in exploring one of LA’s hidden wonders tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Silver Lake.
Few know of this astounding time capsule of antiquities and artifacts from the Bible lands, some believed to be up to 5,000 years old, all collected by one explorer up to a century ago. They remain in what was his home, now a house museum. The only promotion is word of mouth. Yet, the story goes Mr. A.F. Futterer’s lifetime quest for the golden Arc of the Covenant, and the treasures he found, inspired the moviemakers of Indiana Jones. Our on-site guide will tell us the ancient history to the Hollywood history.
The tour focus is historical, for all faiths. We will gather for lunch at a local restaurant following the tour for those who wish to stay. There is a small gift shop on site.
