The band will be performing what is perhaps Bennie Maupin’s most famous album The Jewel in the Lotus, a groundbreaking fusion recording made in collaboration with legendary jazz musicians including Herbie Hancock and Buster Williams.
Maupin is perhaps best-known for his atmospheric bass clarinet playing, but he has also performed on the saxophone, flute, and clarinet. For decades, his music has captivated audiences across the globe. Don’t miss this jazz classic!
