Tommy Bellissimo

A Southern Californian native, Tommy has been a natural fit for The Ebell. Since he began working here in 2011, he has honed his skills and followed his passion for cooking, rising quickly through the ranks to Executive Chef. As the leader of our talented kitchen team, he has cultivated a culinary department like no other. Tommy and his team create beautiful, elevated, delicious food daily focusing on the best ingredients California has to offer. Whether cooking for a member event for 30 guests or a Grammy event for 1,000 attendees, he always garners rave reviews.

When he’s not creating new recipes for events, weddings and club members, Tommy tends to his family which includes chickens and horses. Grounded by his love of family, horses and nature, Tommy comes back to the kitchen with a full heart, ready to inspire his team to design menus that bring a smile and a memory to our guests – neither of which fade anytime soon.
