Join us for a tour of Exodus, an exhibition of new work by Anselm Kiefer at the Gagosian at Marciano Art Foundation across the street from The Ebell.

The exhibition’s large-scale paintings on view use a wide range of materials including paint, terra-cotta, rope, wire, fabric, found objects, copper and gold leaf. Kiefer incorporates inscriptions in Hebrew from the book of Exodus that serve as meditations on loss, deliverance, dispossession and homecoming.

We will be serving a picnic boxed lunch at The Ebell prior to the tour and then walking across the street to view the exhibit as a group.
