We will learn how to create the perfect pasta dough, which can be the base for endless variations and shapes.

We’ll taste handcrafted noodles with flavorful, complementary sauces, together with wine specially chosen for the occasion.

Renew your passion for pasta by learning techniques for creating it from scratch.
