Come Learn Hands-Only CPR. It will do your heart good.

What better month to celebrate the heart and its health than February, and by doing something positive in that regard. Join us as we welcome a representative from the American Heart Association to teach us a skill we can only hope we never have to employ: CPR using just our hands. This method, the AHA says, can double or triple the chance of survival after cardiac arrest. The representative will also give a brief presentation to impress on us the importance of heart health for women, the number one cause of death for our gender.
