Join Us as Gilbert Hill of Spago Prepares Guatemalan Cuisine
Taking a break from the kitchen at the renowned Spago restaurant in Beverly Hills, Gilbert goes back to his roots to bring us a menu of authentic and delicious recipes from his home kitchen. Are you ready to learn a Guatemalan stew called Jocon, a plantain dessert and even some tempting street food? Gilbert hails from a long line of professional restaurateurs, starting with a great-great grandmother, who have passed on their cooking passions and recipes. He continues in the family tradition, having also cooked for Hyatt Hotels Food Group and Katsuya Sushi.
