Happy New Year!
Thanks to your generosity and support, we are starting 2022 with a great deal of momentum. I want to express my deep appreciation to all of you who have made contributions to support the creation of a comprehensive Preservation Master Plan to guide the maintenance, restoration and renovation of our beloved home.
Despite the setback of a new, fast-spreading though mild, COVID-19 variant, we are still planning many programs online and in person. For the moment, we have instituted work from home for some of our staff and strengthened our COVID protocols for those who must be there in person to serve our clients. I am sincerely grateful for the support of our wonderful board and members who value the personal safety of our staff and respect these new protocols. I am keeping my fingers crossed that forecasters who are predicting the end of this latest surge by February are right on target!
We have planned a very informative Semi-Annual Business meeting later this month with a special guest who will virtually take us through our campus with his laser measuring system. I hope you will be able to join us for this very cool presentation on Monday, January 24 at 4 p.m.
