Sir Anthony Hopkins took part in a photo shoot this August, to celebrate his winning the GQ 2021 Legend Award.
Sir Anthony, whose career has spanned 70 years, will be awarded the GQ Legend Award in London at this year’s GQ Men of the Year Awards. He is best known for The Remains of the Day (for which he won a British BAFTA award for Best Actor), The Silence of the Lambs (for which he won an Oscar) and, most recently, The Father, for which he won his second Best Actor Academy Award, becoming the oldest winner ever, at 83.
Said Sir Anthony in this month’s British GQ issue: “It’s hard to believe at 83. Getting these Awards is a state of constant surprise at my age, but what fun!”
