The Ebell Rest Cottage Association (RCA) makes grants each year to non-profit organizations that help women in need and their children in Los Angeles County. This year, RCA gave away a total of $160,000 to 15 worthy applicants. Our 2022 online grant application goes live on May 1, 2021.
